Question
I have forgotten my password, and cannot access my account.
Answer
If you are registered with us and you forget your password, you can request a reminder of the created password to be sent to the email address registered on your account.
From the home page, select the Recruiter Login option and under where you would normally type your email address, there is a link "Forgotten your password and/or security code?". If you enter your email address, you will be sent a reminder of your password to your email address.
If you do not receive your email please contact your Account Manager direct, or contact us.
